วิธีที่ 1 — ลบเองในแอป (เร็วที่สุด)
ถ้ายังติดตั้ง ArrowFlow อยู่ ลบได้ทันทีด้วยตัวเอง ไม่ต้องรอใครอนุมัติ:
- เปิดเกม แล้วกดปุ่ม ตั้งค่า (รูปเฟือง มุมขวาบน)
- เลื่อนลงไปที่แถว ☠️ ลบบัญชี
- กด ลบบัญชี แล้วยืนยัน
แถวนี้จะแสดงเฉพาะเมื่อคุณเชื่อมบัญชี Google ไว้แล้วเท่านั้น ถ้าไม่เคยเชื่อม แปลว่าเกมไม่ได้เก็บข้อมูลใดๆ ของคุณไว้บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์อยู่แล้ว — ข้อมูลทั้งหมดอยู่ในเครื่องคุณ และจะหายไปเองเมื่อถอนการติดตั้ง
วิธีที่ 2 — ส่งคำขอทางอีเมล (กรณีถอนการติดตั้งไปแล้ว)
ส่งอีเมลมาที่ kheehlow@gmail.com โดยใช้หัวข้อ ArrowFlow - Delete my account
กรุณา ส่งจากอีเมลบัญชี Google เดียวกับที่ใช้เชื่อมในเกม เพราะนั่นคือวิธีเดียวที่เราจะยืนยันได้ว่าเป็นเจ้าของบัญชีจริง (เราไม่มีข้อมูลอื่นที่ใช้ยืนยันตัวตนคุณได้เลย)
เราจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วัน และตอบกลับยืนยันเมื่อลบเสร็จ

การลบไม่สามารถย้อนกลับได้ ไม่มีสำเนาสำรองให้กู้คืน หากคุณติดตั้งเกมใหม่ในภายหลัง จะเริ่มจากด่าน 1 ใหม่ทั้งหมด
สิ่งที่ไม่ได้ถูกลบ (และเหตุผล)

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app (fastest)
If you still have ArrowFlow installed you can delete your account immediately, with no approval step:
- Open the game and tap Settings (the gear, top right)
- Scroll to the ☠️ Delete account row
- Tap Delete and confirm
That row appears only if you have linked a Google account. If you never linked one, the game stores nothing about you on any server — everything lives on your device and goes away when you uninstall.
Option 2 — Request it by email (if you already uninstalled)
Email kheehlow@gmail.com with the subject ArrowFlow - Delete my account
Please send it from the same Google account you linked in the game. That is the only way we can confirm the account is yours — we hold nothing else that could identify you.
Requests are processed within 30 days, and we reply to confirm once the deletion is done.
What is permanently deleted
- The link between your Google account and the game (the email and name Google shared with us)
- Your entire cloud backup — levels completed, stars, score, gems, hints, unlocked skins, daily streak
- Your nickname and your entry on the world leaderboard
- All progress on the device you delete from
Deletion cannot be undone. There is no backup to restore from. If you install the game again later, you start from level 1.
What is not deleted, and why
- Anything you bought with real money — purchase history belongs to your Google Play account, not to us. We have no ability to delete it, and if you reinstall, your purchases are restored automatically. For refunds or purchase history, contact Google Play directly.
- Per-level world-best scores — stored as bare numbers with no identity attached, so they are no longer personal data.
- Anonymous usage statistics — aggregate figures that cannot be traced back to you.
